Does Hard Work Matter?

People working to create the world they want put in so much work that is unseen. Hours and hours of effort happen without compensation. It’s about readiness. No goal is automatically reached. Opportunity comes when it’s available and not necessarily when someone is expecting or even ready. That’s why it’s essential to grind in the shadows, to work in constant preparation.

Hard work turns into achieved goals because you met the opportunity with preparation. I see it happening right now in my life. What’s been especially rewarding is seeing the reaction to the small victories. The young man I see reaching for his goals has not stopped working at this current plateau; instead, he is working harder and taking the initiative to help further his objectives. That tells me he will meet his opportunities and surpass his goals.

It is hard to stand against a void and walk into without knowing what waits in that darkness. That’s what everyone does when they have dreams and decide to follow them. It’s why so many don’t chase after their aspirations. But seeing work matter should inspire anyone on the chase of dreams. Keep working, keep pushing, and maybe when the opportunity arrives, you will be ready.
