Recharge. Replenish. Refresh. Relax.

Find a sanctuary. Creativity can empty a vessel. When the well is empty, there is not much one can do but wait for the water to return. Relax and allow for that time to come.
Pressing can be worse than doing nothing. You certainly can create when forcing it, but it shows. The creation in that scenario does not measure up against the others that flow from clear vision. It never bears the soulful selection of its creator.
But it’s still hard to walk away from the work. Hours spent on a project are an investment, and casting that time aside is painful. That’s why I say seek hallowed ground, something that helps you recharge your creative side.
